Well it worked fine for about two months.

And then it's always tight. It has been in the same place since we received it. Nobody has even touched it since we plugged it in and it just shorts out from time to time. So after noticing it we picked it up and it has something to do with the connection with the hard plastic part. It just stops working every now and then.
