The product itself is excellent. However, there were no instructions. The product came with small pads that could be confused with rubbing alcohol pads, but they are prep pads to prepare the surface you are applying the device to for the application of the device (the pads state that they are chemically hazardous ). There are also a few keys to the locks - that's good. But - FYI - the keys are identical. All this to say that I am very satisfied with this product. But don't make my mistake and don't over-tighten them as it's almost impossible to zip up - leave a little slack. Again great product, good price.
