These security latches work. Children cannot open closets, which saves them from trouble. They are easy to put on and I can still access closets.

I was able to install them on all of my kitchen cabinets fairly quickly and easily. However, they do not match my crockery drawers. I saw in the photos in the product description that it can work with drawers but I think mine are just really thick and it doesn't work but I'll come up with something else for them.

Child safety locks aren't always the nicest thing in the house, but they keep our kids safe, so we'll do them no matter what. These cabinet swivel locks look neat and tidy in our home! They are very easy to apply, easy for an adult to detach, and easy enough to remove when needed by simply heating the adhesive pads. They're great for babies and toddlers, but older people will likely be able to figure it out too. 😉

This set combined with another Amazon child lock set worked well for us. While this kit has security locks, the other had exhaust caps and corner caps. They worked well on our kitchen cabinets. I hope they come off easily when we stop using them, but I also have a little doubt. They are pretty good at preventing toddlers from opening/closing and slamming closet doors. Easy to install!

We have a 2 year old who is old enough to reach drawers and open cupboards. Adding these locks makes it a lot easier not to wonder if she opened the cabinets in the kitchen or bathroom. I love how easy it is to just push and slide the hook to open the cabinets and then just put it back in place. The easier it is for adults, the more likely you are to keep using them. The sticky side is so strong that I'm worried about when I'll have to take it off. But at least I know the boy won't take them…

Make sure you don't have much space between the doors or it won't work. They are easy to open and close with one hand, which is handy as we used to have locks that went through handles and required two hands to open. They are faster and less cumbersome to use. Haven't had to take them off yet, but it seems they should come off without damage if you heat the adhesive up a bit (e.g. with a hair dryer) before removing.
