We have a fountain cover built like a miniature house. It has brick walls and a saddle-shingle roof that is hinged on one side for access. A convector with a power of 500 W 220 V is installed, controlled by a separate thermostat. From time to time we've had issues with thermostats not working properly, usually due to corrosion caused by high humidity, and at times we've wondered if the heater is doing its job when needed. One of these waterproof red Mxuteuk signal lights was installed in the well's wall, with wires connected to each of the load wires leading to the heater. The fountain house is about 30 feet from the main house, and now all you have to do is look out the window to see if the heat is on. The light is unobtrusive when on, but clearly visible day and night in the form of a bright red dot. This is a great little product that solved the problem for us inexpensively.
