These bulbs are rated 12/24 volts. I made a device that attaches to a garage door opener and turns on an indicator light in the home when the garage door is open. It runs from a 16 volt doorbell transformer so I needed an indicator light/light that can take 16 volts. So far this light has worked flawlessly.

I bought the 110v version and installed it next to the 110v switch as an indicator light. When I turned on the switch, the bulb burned out at the back where the wires entered. The wires came loose from the case and the switch tripped. I suspect I received 24v bulbs even though the packaging says 110v. I don't know how to test the second bulb.

The LEDs are nice and compact and fit perfectly in a standard tumbler hole. They all operate at around 4.9mA at 12.7V, so the red and yellow LEDs are noticeably dimmer than the others.
