Review on Enviro Shower Filter System by New Wave by Prathima Rrain

I bought my house a few months ago and we had one of these shower filters. At first I didn't even know it was a filter until I looked closely. I realized I could open it and saw the filter. It looked a bit dirty and wasn't sure how long it had been installed. Decided to go ahead and just order the filter that was listed for $27. Then I saw that you can buy the entire assembly that came with the free aromatherapy ring for $34. The picture of the ring looked a bit cheap but it was free. Free is not cheaper. The shower head is sold separately for those interested. So I thought for the extra $7 I would get a new assembly and a new ring. After I placed my order I started reading the reviews. Many indicated that they could not untie the knot. I thought it was weird because my old man was doing well. So I got a new build with a free aromatherapy ring. The first thing I tried was opening it. Like those who wrote negative reviews, it's impossible to unscrew them. Others said their build broke trying to get it to work. The ring is a joke. Looks extremely ridiculous with bad design. It goes against the chrome color of the build and has to go crooked to be even. I realized that if I wanted to keep using the filter, I could never replace the filter and would have to buy the whole set. Then I thought about keeping my old design and just buying a filter when I need it. Now I plan to just use this new one until I feel the filter getting dirty and then throw it away. There has to be a friendlier and better filter than this thing.
