I love the style and fit of the hat. I wear it often.My main issue is the way it arrived. It came squished in a box. The brim of the hat was all wavy and wonky. I’ve had to steam it, iron it, and try all sorts of methods to get the brim straight. I can only get the brim to stay straight for about a day, and then it curls back to its wavy way. It’s super annoying that the brim won’t lay flat like pictured. I wish it arrived in better condition, otherwise perfect hat.
