Near perfect case but not quite

Overall this is a pretty good case with most of the features I was looking for. Unfortunately, there are several issues that can stand in the way of a deal.1. Part of the back of the case extends beyond the bottom of the phone. When you hold the phone so that the pinky bears most of the weight, this bar rests against the pinky. I think that's the biggest problem. I'm planning to try sanding or filing the edge flush, but I'm not sure how well that would work.2. Button cutouts restrict access to the buttons a little more than we'd like. It's not too bad, it doesn't ruin the case or anything like that, but it does make the buttons harder to press than we'd like. I really think this offers quite a bit of button protection, so it's a matter of what you prioritize (protection or usability).3. The camera bump cutout has a small lip that prides itself on the rest of the case and keeps the case off the table. It's a small lip, but it's there. I would have preferred either the lip removed or the entire body to be a bit thicker so the entire back of the body is flush. This is another thing I might grind or file to "fix" it. There are small protrusions (see Figure 4) on the four corners of the screen housing that protect the screen when the phone is placed on a table. . I'm surprised this feature isn't represented well in their marketing photos. The top of the case is also open. I personally think it's ok. I only included a photo of the top because it was missing from their marketing photos. Finally, the stand seems to be working fine for now. It snaps and snaps - in its 'new' condition I don't think it will accidentally disengage. However, I wonder how secure the closures are. I wouldn't be surprised if the stand loosens over time. If this is the case, the duration will decide whether I consider it a problem or not. I don't expect a cheap case to last forever and I think it can still be a bargain even if I have to buy a new one regularly. Okay, one more thing: the holster seems to be of perfectly adequate quality, with a very decent twist lock. This requires some force to insert and remove the phone and I don't think it would be possible to remove the phone from the holster without first removing the holster from the belt. I am skeptical as to the actual usefulness of the holster and personally have no plans to use one. I would like the case to be sold without a holster as even a few dollars in the sale would make it a better deal. As it stands I think this case is good value for the money even with a holster which I don't intend to use.
