Failure of the delivery department.
The product itself may have been fine, but the package was sent in a thin paper envelope/bag and was damaged. The inside pocket was also torn. Why not use a box? The packaging department does not use common sense. Tired of getting damaged items. The glasses themselves are always good value for money. We've been using them in the store for years.
