Review on Ezyinsights by Jason Ballard

The interface is extremely clear and simple to use - it's intuitive and easy to get started with very little training required! Very helpful if you're new to social listening as there are so many features that can be added in fairly quickly without needing expensive software or extensive technical expertise. I'm able to easily see what people are talking about around certain topics which enables me to then reach out to them more effectively. There doesn't seem like any downside to this tool yet, but we've only been using it for just over two weeks at present time. We were experiencing some issues initially but these have since been resolved. It has made our job easier by allowing us to gain an understanding of public opinion trends regarding current events before making decisions about how best to respond to them.
