This table meets my needs as a VCR stand. The assembly was quite easy. I would suggest wearing soft work gloves when assembling "wood" parts. Otherwise, brown paint or stain on your hands may peel off if you hold them too tightly. After assembling, do not rub too hard and do not shake the wooden parts for the same reason. The table should last for years as it is quite durable if treated with care.
