Really cute, cheap apron.

I love "Chi's Sweet Home" which is where the cat is from. I needed an apron just to keep hot oil from splashing on me, and this does that job great. It is made of a kind of "burlap sack" type material. It is sturdy and I think it will hold up well. The back ties are kind of short. It fits me (a petite woman) just fine. However it may be an issues for other people. For the price and quality, you can't go wrong.

Pros

This is a Christmas gift so don’t know about durability and water proofness

Cons

Limited versatility - While the apron is cute and perfect for kitchen or baking activities, it may not be as appropriate for other messy activities such as painting or outdoor activities, limiting its versatility

It''s a very well made apron, and the image on it is super cute. My ONLY complaint, and it''s very minor, is the lack of washing instructions. I assume it''s probably a handwash only item, but that is not at all problem to me - especially for the price.
