I wanted to return it because it didn't remove stains. The stains I tried didn't come off. I did not rub the stain between two hands/knuckles or wash immediately. I sprayed and set it aside until I washed the item. At first it was old stains on expensive linens and clothing that I didn't notice. sat like that for a while. I'm not returning it as this usage works. Haven't had fresh patches to try it on yet, so I'll have to wait and see how effective it is on these guys. I did not treat all old stains. This is another way (wiping the material where the stain is between the knuckles/hands and washing the immed) but maybe a few more times it will work. I'll update when I find out. I was just relieved that I was told how to use what worked. Was very disappointed and disappointed the first time I used it (just sprayed it and put it aside to wash). Def worth a try depending on how it works on your old stains. I'm glad I decided to call the company before returning the kit I bought.
