I bought two different color pairs of the same basic shoes from another seller and was trying to save some money from this seller. It was a serious mistake. As far as I can tell the shoes were made by the same manufacturer from the same materials, but these shoes came packaged in a bag with no support inside the shoes - no plastic molds, no tissue paper, nothing. Both uppers were wrinkled and deformed as if they were on the bottom of a full shipping container, and the left heel area was curved so that it appeared to be a full size larger than the right, although the length was the same. (Photo 1, left is a crumpled "new" boot. Right, a boot worn a year ago. Photo 2, a crumpled heel from both "new" boots). The right finger was similarly bruised and twisted inward and appeared to be too small. I've tried using a pair of spring-loaded shoe lasts to smooth out the wrinkled and bruised areas so they fit and look presentable, but to no avail. I think it wasn't the manufacturer's fault, it was solely the seller/carrier's fault. Another problem is that they are advertised as having arch and heel cups and moccasins that convert into slippers. All of this is not true. If you need arch support, you will need to purchase an insert. If you want slippers, you should be able to walk comfortably on the ruched heel material, which includes a chevron-shaped metal appliquΓ©. All of the ads I've seen for this style of shoe have made the same false claims, and these misrepresentations are so consistent that they probably come from the manufacturer. My bottom line: if you want shoes that fit you, be prepared to return those that don't.
