Disappointed Bought 5 weeks ago. Probably made 10 rides since install. The belt that runs under the seat has come loose. Firmware failed. I heard the bag drag across my rear wheel. The only thing holding it to the bike is the Velcro that goes around the seatpost. I attached it with 2 bolts, washers and nuts to secure the webbing and torn seams. The only things I carry in my bag are a spare tube, pump, multi-tool, tire tools and extra water for long trips. Straps, the rest of the bag works as advertised.
