Works little! in Active Shirts and T-Shirts

I am a 5ft 6 inch female, weigh 130 pounds and usually wear small men's shirts and medium women's shirts. This shirt is 100% cotton and fits snug before washing and is now too tight to wear. I would call it a petite for women that will shrink!
