I really liked this coffee maker. It worked quickly and made a decent cup of coffee, but after only owning it for a few weeks, I woke up, turned it on, filled it with water and ground coffee, and it just wouldn't work. The buttons light up, but the machine does not heat up or brew coffee. The troubleshooting guide just says to make sure it's plugged in, which it is. I am disappointed because I was so delighted with this manufacturer that I don't know how to contact the seller and tell him other than leave a review and there is no warranty information anywhere.
