I am 75 years old with long hair and used this shampoo for several years before experiencing any natural organic effects. I've tried shampoos with rosemary, avocado, coconut oil, etc. etc. They dried all my hair and I found more hair in my brush and in my bathtub drain. I finally settled on this shampoo and my hair is full, shiny and thicker again. At my age I think that speaks a lot for this shampoo. There are of course factors like diet and health but this shampoo works for me and I will continue to use it. I also use conditioner. I hope this review was helpful to you.
