I developed a latex allergy (sort of anaphylaxis like "wearing epilator, bee sting") during medical school which resulted in my children being told "latex bomb, mommy" when they grew up seen a hot air balloon in the wild and changed/bathed when they got back from parties where they played with them. As a kid I loved balloons and missed their cheap and fun decorations so due to allergies I used paper lanterns instead. So I had a lot of experience with paper lanterns and their installation. This set has 3 sizes of lights and the wire frames included in the set definitely do not match the light. In order for them to work, the frame had to be bent, which often resulted in small tears in the paper. Our teen loves the moon so we just used them without the bats for her family at their high school prom. The effect was beautiful so I'm hoping to use them for a bigger party to celebrate later this year, but I'm also planning to use metallic silver and sponge paint gray on higher quality paper lanterns. Don't buy them if you want/expect them to work as usual or hope to be able to reuse them without extra hassle or hassle.
