Review on InsurFire Dashboard by Jason Unruh

I like that it is easy to use, all of my campaigns are in one place which makes management easier than having multiple dashboards for each campaign. It also has an option where you can create your own dashboard so if there's something specific about our business or client needs we don't have then we could build out custom features ourselves without paying additional fees. The customer service isn't great either with some reps being difficult to work with when trying to get help solving issues after hours/on weekends etc. We're able to track performance across channels (email marketing, social media) as well as within them by date ranges and metrics such as open rates, click throughs, time spent viewing content, bounce rate, conversion rates ect.
