It gets easier after the first window

My special product as there seem to be reviews of another type of window film: Coava's Heat Control Window Film UV Window Shade in black color variant. Both photos I've added show the windows halfway to show how much light this window actually blocks. The collage also shows the privacy aspect where the top half is reflective and you cannot see if the curtains are open and the bottom half you can see that the curtains are actually closed. We live in Arizona, where it almost never rains, so it's always sunny and hot here. My top installation tips: - Make sure the window is as clean as possible so that when you pick up the chain you can point out any spots you may have missed - You don't need *soapy water*, plain water will do. I only used a small spray bottle and the window got quite wet, especially in the corners. I used an old ID card covered with a paper towel to smooth out the bubbles. I'd recommend using a piece of an old t-shirt instead to cover up anything you use. because I've found that if I press too hard on the paper towel, there will be some scratches. - Take your time. The first window will always be the hardest because you realize you just have to do it well. Try to go with the smallest window for this part to make your big windows look better haha. - It's very easy to take off as you'll find out if you try to place it exactly where you want it haha. - A decent knife will come in handy to cut off the excess. I measured a little more than the window to make sure the entire window was closed, then trimmed the excess on the windows that I couldn't hide behind the frame (you'll see if your windows can do that one day) . They begin). Despite the many scrolls we had to go through to close each window (5-6 total I think), I'm so glad we did. It helped keep an insane amount of light inside and definitely helps keep some of the heat inside. As soon as I put them on I could feel the temperature change before I even started straightening them. I would highly recommend this window to anyone looking for any of the following: room darkening, privacy and heat reduction. One last thing, remember that the privacy feature is only available during the day. Once the light inside your home is brighter than outside, people will be able to see again, so be sure to close your blinds/curtains at night.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
