Review on Zojirushi Thermal Serve Carafe: 1.0 Liter Capacity, Japan-Made Quality, Polished Stainless Steel by Ginny Fidler

This has been one of my favorite purchases in the last year or so. It seems silly, but I had no idea a thermos could keep my coffee hot for so long. My machine only stops the stove for 1 hour so I always had the microwave ready by mid-morning. After that, I can drink small amounts throughout the day without sacrificing taste or quality. I usually brew at 7am and get home by 8pm and it's not hot but just the right temperature to drink. This is my favorite purchase that is functional and does exactly what it says on the tin. I've read reviews from people complaining about water getting stuck in the base. Not sure what these people are doing. Just rinse with hot water every now and then and you're good to go. Don't put it in a sink full of water or anything like that and it will serve you well. Excellent purchase!
