Rustic Stone & Beam 3 Drawer Chest appears to be a very good piece of furniture. The dresser is solid wood except for the bottom of the drawers and the handles are heavy and look nice with the oak finish. The drawers slide on wooden tracks and the wooden dowels prevent the drawers from being fully extended, although you can choose not to install them. Each part of the chest of drawers has been clearly identified and the hardware has been wrapped/sealed with clear labels (see ). There is a bag with spare parts and a safety bracket on the wall to prevent tipping. You'll need a screwdriver and a hammer to assemble it, and ideally a drill if you don't like it. I was very methodical in assembling the dresser, taking me about 90 minutes to complete. So, as I said in the title of my review, I wanted to like it, but I just can't. After spending so much time unpacking and assembling it was a huge disappointment. The top drawer cannot be closed without great effort (see photo and video). In addition, the external dimensions of the chest of drawers are 32 cm wide and 17 cm deep. However, the drawers are only 11.75 inches deep and 26 inches wide. That means there is 3.5" left behind the drawers (see pictures) when the 0.5" cross boards are included. Also in the photos you can see that the chest of drawers has no bottom. For real? Not even a thin piece of something like at the bottom of the boxes? The dresser looks very nice looking at it but the problem with the top drawer is too big along with the small drawer. Very disappointing!
