Based on the suggestion on this site I ordered size US 8.5 M for men (it's size 42 on this shoe - pic 2, size 9 M on mine dockers) . Shoes - photo 3). When I received this pair they were 1 inch shorter than my Dockers 8.5M shoes (photo 1). The pad in the left shoe was too long (or the left shoe too short), it was bent in the shoe. After cutting 1/4 inch the pillow will be flat. After wearing this pair of shoes for a few days, the right boot feels ok, the left boot is a little tight, but I don't mind, so I will not return this pair of shoes. .
