Based on the suggestion on this site I ordered size US 8.5 M for men (it's size 42 on this shoe - pic 2, size 9 M on mine dockers) . Shoes - photo 3). When I received this pair they were 1 inch shorter than my Dockers 8.5M shoes (photo 1). The pad in the left shoe was too long (or the left shoe too short), it was bent in the shoe. Item was delivered as advertised: Appearance and color were great. Delivery was quick. The shoes fit well - not too tight and not too loose. I expect it to stretch a little. Shoes are very soft and supple. On the other hand, the sole is flat and there is no arch support in either the sole or insole, but this is easy to fix if needed. The workmanship seems decent, but the durability remains to be seen.

Comfortable walking shoes. I walk about a mile to the office in these shoes and the flexible sole and soft upper make them comfortable to walk on. The only downside is that the sole wears out a little faster than other shoes in my opinion.
