To be honest I've used better sets. I had some trouble getting the mold into a good shape and in the end I don't think it managed to shape the contours of my teeth. Actual use of the kit was fairly simple and straightforward. I didn't really care about the taste of the product but I guess I didn't expect it to be very tasty or anything since it's not meant to be eaten. The light is quite bright, but overall I didn't see a damn big improvement. I've used striptease kits in the past which I liked better and didn't have to pull my hair out with palettes. I will say that after that I didn't feel any sensitivity from him to hot or cold and from that point of view I was content. Generally not the greatest.
