Terrible if you don't want to lose some of your hair.
Watch the video carefully. Maybe I was looking too hard at the model and how her hair just slipped through the iron. The space they give you to put your hair down is like a piece of paper. It's non-slip, barely hair-friendly (and I have VERY fine hair), and if you move it around like in the video, the hair gets tangled and you'll lose hair trying to pull it out. I was very disappointed as it looked so easy and I was so hoping to finally find a good curler. Also the fan came on but never gave out cold air, it was still hot air.
