I found the 360 E at a thrift store with no cables and no hard drive for $20. So I bought a power supply, HDMI, controller for less than $100. The hard drive was harder to find. This was the most expensive part of the process as I needed an official Microsoft hard drive. $119 is very expensive for 500GB, but it's no longer made and is the most reliable model. So far my 360 works fine and saves a lot of my games. It may have cost $240, but it was worth it.
