I'm a D cup and was concerned about wearing a strapless bra and how it would work. To my surprise the top has good internal structure and is sewn into the cups and I can wear it without a bra. It comes from someone who lives and dies on bones, keeps them there in bras. I'm 5ft 8 inches, 180 pounds, athletic build and hips. I ordered a size 10 and it's perfect for a snug fit which I think is a must if you don't wear a bra. However, I shouldn't gain weight beforehand. . It hugs the smallest part of my body below my bust line and then slopes down making me look slimmer without highlighting my bum and thighs.
