hard boot. The spikes are rusty.
The boot is too stiff to use with anything other than thin socks as you have to open the boot to put your foot in and it won't come off without a lot of effort. I thought the metal heel spikes were a really cool feature, but they all rusted after one use. I do not recommend this shoe.
