We have always used Coby's and I particularly like this model even though it is no longer available. We already have three of these that work well. Tried three times to get one for my youngest son who didn't have one yet. I ordered the first two in my favorite color blue. They didn't turn on even after charging for several hours so I had to send them back. I ended up thinking maybe I should try a different color from a different seller. I have this black one. He turned on! Hooray! He plugged it into his laptop to put his music on it and died. Charged for us (once again) and nothing. He never turned on again. We're returning this one too, and I'm taking it to Fred Meyer today so he can get a good one once and for all that I KNOW will work or we won't leave the store until he gets a good one.
