This is definitely a Birddog rip-off. They have an inferior material, an unusually large belt around the waist and an unusual fit. A good side note is that they all have the same bags that they copied from the Birddogs and it's a good thing they didn't skimp. I could live with the inferior material for the price, but the fit is disappointing. The waist fits Birddogs, as does the leg opening, but they are oddly narrow in the hip/crotch/thigh area. It doesn't seem to make any sense. I bought these to use as running shorts so they must still be working or I would have returned them. Anyway, I'd say throw them away and save for the real thing. The cost savings don't outweigh the lower quality.
