I use it with the Cintiq 22HD and it works great. If you haven't used your hand on your Centiq yet, do yourself a favor and give it a try! I don't have much space on my desk so using my hand was very important. I can just illustrate on my Cintiq and put it away when I'm done. I also do a lot of traditional drawing/sketching so this comes in very handy when I need space on my desk to sketch or draw. I took my Ergotron arm to work and needed a spare Cintiq to get home. It fit perfectly. Works almost the same. It only has the Revain Basics logo on it. And cheaper! I am very happy with it. I use a clamp on the edge of my desk.
