I bought this pillow before my neck surgery. It helped so much! I love how you can adjust the thickness and apply exactly where needed. It was almost 2 years ago. I take it everywhere when I travel for a good night's sleep. I sleep with him every night. Sometimes I use it for lower back support or between the knees for hip support. It's well done. I have washed the cover several times. Removing the skin is a bit tricky, but doable. I use a soft cotton pillowcase with a drawstring at the end. I think I bought it from Ikea.
