This little cleaner gets the job done. We have recently moved into a house that was built in the 1950's so none of the bathrooms have extractor hoods. It didn't take long for us to realize how badly we really wanted to eliminate some of the natural odors that occur in the bathroom. It was easy to install. It comes with wall anchors, screws and a hanging bracket. I chose not to use anchors, so I had to use a 3/32" drill bit. The block itself isn't heavy. It's essentially plug and play. The cord is about 4 feet. Two modes: bath and Room. Three fan speeds: natural, comfortable and strong. The fan is quiet. Modern exhaust fans are much louder than this unit. It takes about a minute or two to get rid of the smell. I am very happy about this, as are my two children. The device will run in 2 minute intervals times 3 before going into sleep mode until it detects movement.The motion sensor is super sensitive, this thing can detect movement in the dark.I put it about 5.7 feet up at the Wall hung. My youngest is less than a meter and still finds it. It's quite impressive in my opinion. It smells during operation, but not unpleasant. It kind of smells like a hotel. It's definitely better than the scent, de r it should be! We are all very happy with that. My youngest (5) even thanked me for the purchase.
