So easy to assemble
This is one piece and comes with thumb screws so you don't even need tools. I'm 190 pounds and it seems very sturdy and I'm the tossing and turning type. I recently had to move it and it's not very easy to move. I have carpet so it might be a different story if you had hardwood floors. When you receive it it folds in half and I didn't notice anything to latch it when assembled. When I started moving it, it kept trying to spin. However, it's lightweight, so it's really easy to lift and move with two people. Although I love this frame
