I've had it for a few weeks now and didn't want to review until I've tried it for a while. My knee started bothering me after a long hike, I never had knee pain. I had to interrupt some training sessions because I was afraid that I would make things worse. I order a knee brace and it fits well. I don't even know if it's under my gym clothes or jeans. I think this is starting to help my knee heal and it is definitely providing support. I hope my knee makes a full recovery and I plan to use a knee brace to continue to support my knee if I squat and decide to continue hiking or anything else that might put stress on it.
