I regularly bathe my very calloused/rough feet in white vinegar which helps. This product did absolutely nothing and I followed the directions. I will be using vinegar in the future, it's more natural, gives better results and is much more eco-friendly/economical. It raised my legs to a level I haven't seen in years. Please note that you should soak your feet in water every day and do not peel off dead skin. I also left the medicated booties on for 2 hours before rinsing them off. For folks who say booties run small (women run about a size 8), you can tuck the top together, then I put mine in a large zippered gallon bag (then put on a full-leg sock to secure).
