It's beautiful and yes LED!. I'm not sure yet if the "blink" setting will persist after the next timer reset. I assume, that is, I hope so. every time he comes back. The transformer is very small and easy to use. There is a button for setting the timer (press and hold for 3 seconds - the green indicator will light up when setting) and for setting the mode (short press after setting the timer), making it very easy to use. why it's not waterproof This is absolutely not for me. Maybe they mean that only the connection is not waterproof. I'll wrap it in plastic and tape it anyway. 38 feet long, just what I needed.
