Product arrived on time which is fine with me. It was securely packaged, the instructions are clear, everything seems fine. The problem is that it just doesn't work. I have reset my Playstation 4 multiple times, rebuilt its database and reinitialized it thinking that this was the problem. After a bit of troubleshooting after plugging it into my PC (which it booted into with no problems), I concluded that it simply didn't have any storage software. General. The drive was the favorite equivalent of a USB brick. My experience doesn't seem to be universal, but with so much back pain caused by it, I just can't recommend the product at all. I'm sure the company makes a quality product overall, but as I'm not the only customer getting a lemon I would suggest looking for another brand.
