The eWelink application is buggy and will re-enter your inputs multiple times, so be careful when creating an account. iFan03 won't factory reset no matter what I do and that's why I can't connect it to my account because it's stuck on an account I don't have access to because the app is duplicating the first part of my email address entered. The same thing happened to my wife on a completely different phone. The fan also cannot be controlled by Alexa. What they show here only applies to real light that works with Alexa. Your support is terrible. I wrote to their support team 2 times and finally got a reply after almost 2 weeks and they suggested to connect it to another wifi to test and remove it from the old account. As I told them twice, I don't have access to the old account because the app messed it up and I can't connect it to another WiFi because I can't factory reset it. I also made a post on their support forum but it still hasn't been approved for posting after over a week. They don't care about quality or support at all.
