I try to take good care of my hair and try to stop using heat. I thought it looked like an easy fix, but it turned out to be a little harder to use than I thought. My hair is a bit thicker so it took me just over an hour to style it myself. You can't use more than 1 inch strands of hair or your hair will get stuck and the blue wand will fall apart in the tube. I've tried sleeping with them in my hair, but they're uncomfortable and make your head look like a giant bubble - and there's NO WAY to move them anywhere else to get comfortable. I ended up waking up at 1am to get them out because they were giving me a headache. The curls at the front of my hair were nice and even, but the ones at the back of my head were almost straight except for the bottom part. It could be because I couldn't reach the back of my head very well. I think they would be much easier to use and could give a better result if: they reach the back of the head 2 - inserted in the morning and removed in the evening when going somewhere
