I really like this product. Unlike a traditional HDMI cable, an optical HDMI cable is thin and flexible and will work over a significant distance. 80% of my work is 30 to 50 feet from the camera. I typically use an SDI cable which requires an HDMI/SDI converter and power from professional cameras at 1080p60 to stream. Sometimes I use 4Kp60 and therein lies the problem. Professional 4Kp60 HDMI is typically 10-bit 4,2,2 video at 200-600Mbps. This cable just isn't fast enough for its 18.0 Mbps rating and will become unstable after a short time. For some reason the image is cropped. Normal operation at 4kp30 and below. You must use the 8K 48.0Mbps version for professional 10-12-bit 4K or RAW video.
