It did a great job on both sinks in the bathroom. Excellent suction power. If you don't know when you're going to use it, use some Plastog to seal your sink's overflow so you don't blow yourself and your kitchen in stinky black goo. I managed to clean two sewers in our apartment that have been giving us problems for several weeks. The clogs were well past the trap and well into the drain area that could only be reached by a plumber with a snake. Item ordered and it was here the next day. I had the basin filled with hot water, turned off the overflow, and got to work. The suction power was so good that I didn't want to let go of the drain anymore. After working with him like Giuliani by "tucking his shirt in" for about a minute, I released him and the water drained quickly and easily.
