Not for heavier wheel assemblies
I have 33 x 12.5 tires on steel rims (82 lb) and I lubricated the pivot point as directed. The increased weight created additional friction, so the bladder rarely returned to the same spot. The adjustment could be repeated without loading. So this tool is probably designed for wheels and tires that weigh no more than 50 pounds (my guess).
