My cat loves it and now he always goes to him when he wants me to ride my bike or electric scooter with it. When I took it on a 9 mile scooter ride through Manhattan, several people admired this stretcher. The only thing I would wish is for the manufacturer to put on a rigid PVC foam backing. But it's also fine without. My cat is 11.5 pounds and this carrier is the perfect size for him. He loves this carrier so much I'm going to buy a second one. I ended up buying a hard substrate for it. Now it's perfect. This has become my cat's hangout spot, especially when she wants to be taken outside. A small problem I have with this carrier is that too many people admire it when I wear it in it and I am forced to talk to strangers all the time. I was even followed by cars to take photos when I rode with him. On the other hand I will not be using this carrier to take him to the vet as I want him to be associated with fun adventures and fun. I recommend this product; but I just wish manufacturers would make the substrate stiffer.
