This is a great item for any kitchen. I love the caps on the lids that help keep my salts and homemade spice mixes dry in humid climates. They fit perfectly on the neck of Ball and Kerr jars and you choose the size of the container according to your needs. It also helps control seasoning. This is my second set and I highly recommend these lids. I find the holes too big for dusting flour and powdered sugar (I still use a fine sieve), but that's just my preference.
