My husband loves sushi. I bought him this set so he can try making his own. We both had a lot of fun. Our first two didn't look so good. The photos above are from the second attempt. I think they turned out great. made a birthday tray. It was a great success. I hand washed the chopsticks thoroughly because the colorful tips look like they're wrapped tightly in plastic. I didn't want it to come off. We also started with a mat without plastic wrap. It was a lot harder to clean than the mat we put plastic sheeting on. Although I don't like sushi myself, I look forward to making it again for family and friends.
