My gaming laptop generates a lot of heat and I live partly in the desert and this pillow keeps my laptop cool, I mean really cool. This takes the load off the machine's cooling fans because I can turn them down. Very quiet, you almost don't notice it, but there are no headphones at all. Lightweight and portable, perfect for traveling. Build quality is good, not flimsy at all, although you may want to purchase additional footpads or use an aftermarket product like one of my scraped ones. Although, maybe it was just that I was too rude to him. Overall a great product and way better than other competing products I've used in the past. Would definitely buy again although I would like this to last a few years which seems to be the case for now.
