Serves the purpose (Used for my PS4)

Although it is a laptop cooling pad, I bought it for my game console 4 because it gets very hot and tends to stutter when I play for a long time. This thing is great, unlike a laptop I had to use it on a PS4 but it works! My only recommendation for this product; before using it on your laptop or PS4 if you want to buy it for that; is to turn on the tablet and let it run for a few hours while your laptop or other device is off. I had turned my PS4 off and plugged the pad into the wall for a few…

Excellent cooling in notebook accessories

My gaming laptop generates a lot of heat and I live partly in the desert and this pillow keeps my laptop cool, I mean really cool. This takes the load off the machine's cooling fans because I can turn them down. Very quiet, you almost don't notice it, but there are no headphones at all. Lightweight and portable, perfect for traveling. Build quality is good, not flimsy at all, although you may want to purchase additional footpads or use an aftermarket product like one of my scraped ones…

Comfortable cooling for your hot laptop!

This laptop cooling pad is perfect for my big 15 inch MSI gaming laptop. The mat folds up for travel (although it's still a bit chunky) - there are two legs on the back that slide out to make room for fans, as well as a small notch that folds out at the top to allow your Laptop stays in place on the tray. Setup is very easy - just plug one end of the included USB cable into one of the ports on your tablet and the other end into your laptop! Twist the fan controls and this panel starts working…

Good product does its job

I bought this particular TeckNet model because it has 5 fans and they seem to be in the corners where my laptop generates the most heat. It's relatively durable, stable, and its fans are definitely quieter than my laptop. I like blue lights. I'm not a fan of the rotary switch in general, and while this is pretty solid, it's not entirely clear in terms of on/off and fan speed range. You get used to it after understanding the characteristics of the dial beforehand. I would prefer a simple switch…

3 year old unit good for computers and accessories

I ordered a pair of these three years ago, one for a relative and one for myself. I can't speak for them although I know it still works, but I can say mine was quite tactile. Most of the time he works at least fourteen hours a day, sometimes "24/7" because I forget to turn him off and he's pretty tired now. off balance and make a terrible crash. (Otherwise it's so quiet I don't even notice it's on.) Sometimes it needs a dusting, but not always, so in that case you can just smack it one way or…

Great fan for the price.

Summary: You get what you pay for. At only $25 this is a very good deal. Five fans blowing to keep your laptop cool is a no-brainer, especially when your computer has been around for years. Two things hinder this: the material of the frame and the inability to easily remove the top to clean and/or replace the fans. Overall I would give the product 3.5/5 stars. Full Rating: Good: Variable fan speed. The ability to adjust the fan speed is ideal. I rarely have to turn it up to 11, but it's…

Cheap solution

There are many solutions for cooling laptops and each has its own approach to regulating the internal temperature of your device, which at least in theory will help extend its lifespan and increase the performance of the laptop. However, the claims of these vendors often take on a medieval medicine feel, with claims ranging from the reasonable to the slightly bizarre. There are several videos on the Internet conducting complex tests, many of which come to different conclusions. Imagine a laptop

Fits and cools a 15 " laptop

I enjoy using my old Windows 7 laptop (my main work station) for weeks without AC in the room with this cooling pad. The room temperature was over 90 at times. This laptop cooling pad keeps my laptop's temperature within acceptable operating temps. I hate it when the laptop gets so hot it slows down self-cooling. This didn't happen, although it did in early summer when I didn't have a cooling pad when the laptop fan was getting louder indicating higher speeds and the computer was running at…
